Chevy Chase Lake

The Chevy Chase Lake East shopping center is being redeveloped by the Land Company and its joint venture partner, Bozzuto Development, as a mixed-use residential community with approximately 500 multifamily units and 100,000 square feet of neighborhood retail uses, including a nationally recognized grocery store. When completed, this project will be only steps away from the Purple Line’s Connecticut Avenue station, and will incorporate a neighborhood square and a new street connecting Chevy Chase Lake Drive and Manor Road.

Wiehle Avenue Master Plan

The Land Company has partnered with EYA to plan a mixed-use redevelopment near the Wiehle Avenue Silver Line station, which will create approximately 200 new multifamily units less than one-half mile from the Metro station.As part of a joint rezoning application, the Land Company, EYA and JBG Companies have proposed an overall mix of office, retail, multi-family and townhouse units in a walkable, bike-friendly environment. The end result aims to activate the streetscape, offer residents recreational opportunities and create a new grid of streets connecting Reston Station Boulevard, Wiehle Avenue and Sunset Hills Road.
